How do I order a custom made illustration?

How long will my custom made illustration take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

The Short Answer:
Within 2 Weeks. It's best not to rush these things. However, it maybe possible to create and deliver much sooner. Please ask.   The Long Answer: 
We aim to have your order with you as soon as possible. However, during busy/holiday periods this may not be possible. 2 Weeks is an estimate.   During quieter periods, it may be possible to produce and deliver your illustration within a shorter timeframe. Please contact us before ordering to see whether this is something we're able to make possible.    Delivery:   UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail on a next day delivery service.   Worldwide orders will be posted using Parcelforce Worldwide.

How long will my limited edition print take to arrive?

Orders within the UK: Orders placed before 3pm Monday- Friday will be sent out the same working day. All other orders will be sent the next working day. Orders will be posted via Royal Mail on a next day delivery service.   Worldwide orders: Orders placed before 3pm Monday- Friday will be sent out the same working day. All other orders will be sent the next working day. Orders will be posted using Parcelforce Worldwide and a tracking number will be provided.

Why can I not personalise an A3 custom made Illustration?

We do not have on-site printing facilities for A3 cartridge/watercolour paper. The original A5 & A4 personalised artworks have the personalisation added before or after the original artwork has been created (depending on complexity). A3 artworks are drawn straight onto the A3 cartridge or watercolour paper.   However, as an alternative, we can create a digital version of the A3 and have this printed by a third party and then delivered straight to you. This option would incur a further £15 charge per print and a further 2-3 days delay.   If you select this option, you would recieve the original artwork (without personalisation) plus the digitalised reproduction print with the personalisation from the third party printer.   If you have any questions, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do I recieve the original artwork?

Yes, you will recieve original artworks.

Question 6

How do you make the illustrations?

Accepted Answer

All illustrations are hand drawn from a photograph using pen and ink.   If you have requested personalisation, we digitalise the original hand drawn artwork and place this with your personalised message for a better composition. In this case, you would recieve the original artwork, plus the personalised reproduction. The same process happens with the watercolour artworks.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We currently only accept payments via Paypal.    After placing an order we the send you an invoice via email, with a 'pay now' button that allows you to make a secure payment via Paypal.
